Market Info and Vendor Forms

The Trenton Farmers' Market is sponsored by the Village of Holland Patent, NY and Foothills Rural Community Ministry.
You can download the Market rules and the vendor application form, below.  Also available below is the New York Farmers' Market Federation's checklist of permits, licenses and certificates; vendors must have the appropriate permits, etc. to sell various products at any farmers' market in New York State.  This publication also includes contact information for the relevant agencies.
Note that the Trenton Farmers' Market is a producer-only market.  See the "Market Rules" for details about what that means.  
Vendors please send applications by June 1 so that we can plan and so that we can invite you to a vendor's meeting before the first market.  But note that we accept applications at any time, even after the market opens.
  • The cost of one space is $60 for the season,
  • The cost of a space for one Saturday is $10. Once a vendor has paid the daily fee 6 times, that vendor will be paid up for the season.
  • A double space costs $100. 
  • Vendors may share a space, but the daily rate of $10 will be collected from occasional vendors sharing another vendor's space.
